Why do you think that teenagers are droping out of school and why?
If you think about it theres more pressure on kids today. Their class work is so much harder and they have so much homework theres no time when they get home to relax and do anything else.The cause is perfection.Why do you think that teenagers are droping out of school and why?

Go to the museums! They are all free! The museum of natural science and the Victoria %26amp; Albert Museum of Design are right next to each other and are 2 of my favourites. I go to the V%26amp;A every time visit London.

Pay for the train fare, a travelcard would be your best bet, it give you unltd. travel on the tube, busses and the DLR. Go down to Greenwich park, go to the observotory (its free and on top of a massive hill!) then, go to the science %26amp; history museum (it sounds geeky, but they're actually really good!) then catch the DLR to bank.....tube from bank to westminster and go check out some sights of the south bank, big ben, london eye, parliment etc....

Minimum wage has barley changed (5.85 here) but gas has increased by 3 fold.

Yes I feel what your saying...min wage back in 1983 when i was 18 was only $2.30 hr and that wage stayed the same $ amt from 01-01-1976 to 01-01-1989 then it finally went up to $3.85 hr. And gas was under a buck, pay phones had just gone to 15cents to place a local call etc. . WA State is $8.07 an hr currentently (effective 01-01-2008)...unless your 14-15 yrs old then they are only required to be paid 85% of min wage or $6.86 hr. Gas in some parts of our state for Unl Reg is $4.09 gal but the standard in my town is about $3.85 gal and yep it is still rising. But we also didnt have cell phones so if ya wanted to talk to your friends you had to actually go see them in person or talk on your home phone (no cordless back then either...lol) and alot of people didnt have cable tv, computers, nintendos etc...so in some ways teens have more then we back then even if it costs them.

If you know anyone with a pool, I'd go there. Pool parties are always the fun. %26amp; you can make ';mocktails.'; They are cocktails with no alcohol. You can find tons of recipes online.
';Safe Sex on the Beach';
1 part orange juice, 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part peach nectar, 1 tbsp grenadine. garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry.
';Virgin Raspberry Daiquiri';
3 oz raspberry puree, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1 tsp caster sugar, 1/2 oz raspberry syrup. Blend briefly with a half glassful of ice and garnish with raspberries.
';Fuzzless Navel';
6oz orange juice %26amp; 2 oz peach nectar. Stir Well %26amp; garnish with an orange slice.

If you don't know someone willing to lend you their pool you could always get a couple big packages of water balloons, and have a huge water balloon fight. I would get a friend and help you fill the water balloons before the party and put them in buckets. And make teams at random before, too. If you have sprinklers you could put those on during the fight, it might make it more fun. That idea is if you wanna do something active.
If it's a night time party, and you have a big enough basement for your friends, you can change all your regular bulbs with black light bulbs and maybe buy a big black light to stick on your ceiling. Have everyone wear a white t-shirt they don't mind ';ruining.'; Buy plenty of highlighters and pass them out, have people draw on each other. It will be funny to see your shirt at the end of the night. They sell glow in the dark paints and pens at Spencer's. It might be more expensive but it might look cooler.
