Why can't you find someplace to volunteer as an English teacher in your own country? I found a few volunteer positions online (here, if you're interested: http://www.volunteerabroad.com/Japan.cfm ) but it looks like most jobs want a commitment of at least 3 months, the lowest age requirement I saw was 19 years old, and it also looks like they want you to have at least some college-level education. I think you would be better off volunteering a bit closer to home, and then, if you like teaching English, applying for something like the JET program or one of those other volunteering opportunities a few years down the road.Programs to for teenagers to teach english in japan?
When you say teenagers what age group are we talking about?
Generally speaking, it would be very difficult for a teenager to get a job teaching English for any company, especially when you have people who are 20~30++ years old with degrees and experience to compete with. Also many students tend to be older, so sometimes its not very realistic to have a teenager teaching English at least for a company.
