if you dont have physical activity you get
-bad circulation
-heart beats abnormally [especially if you drink energy drinks]
-joint, neck and back pain
-depression
-being lazy and cant stop being lazy
-antisocial
-lose muscle and get fatter
-get bored and start doing stupid ****

it makes them less fat and more energetic
