IS it normal or okay or even helpful for teenagers to still be eating flinstone (or other child) vitamins?

It's fine to take them. My teen daughter takes them because she has a hard time swallowing pills. Chewing up a dinosaur is just easier. I feel better knowing she is getting some kind of supplement to help her body grow. IS it normal or okay or even helpful for teenagers to still be eating flinstone (or other child) vitamins?
Yes, a Dr. may even suggest them for adults if they have a hard time handling adult vitamins.IS it normal or okay or even helpful for teenagers to still be eating flinstone (or other child) vitamins?
It isn't going to hurt, and it's a good way to supplement a poor or so-so diet.
