It all starts at home, so parents deserve the most blame here. But you can also pin some of it on personal choice, peer pressure, etc. No one is forcing these people to commit these crimes right? A very large percentage of crime is committed by kids who come from broken homes, and the same thing can be said of prison populations.Which are to blame for our ever increasing crime wave, Teenagers or Adults or Society?
the government for handin out pathetic punishments to them, they have no respect and are no longer scared of the police or consiquences of there actions cos they no if its there first offence and they wont do time, if it gets that bad and they do do time, they get tvs and playstations and pool tables to play on all day plus they do half there time if they are well behaved, the law is seriously in need of a boot up the ***.Which are to blame for our ever increasing crime wave, Teenagers or Adults or Society?
society is too soft.
parents are too soft
teenagers have everything, so they are just becoming lazy
Overall, the state and society have become the the hands that feed the lazy.
What ';Ever increasing crime wave';? There isn't one. I know, I know - this is what the Government says - but they're actually correct this time.
We are current safer than we ever have been.
