Why are teenagers these days so sexually overcharged ?

I don't think they're anymore overcharged than they were 20 years ago. It's just that they're more promiscuous. Teens are bombarded with sexually suggestive imagery day in and day out in music, television, radio, books and so on. They idolize celebrities who have no moral values at all, and it's become more accepted, unfortunately. Society says it's ok, just as long as you don't catch a disease or get pregnant. What they won't acknowledge is that damage it does spiritually and emotionally.Why are teenagers these days so sexually overcharged ?
My personal theory is because of the elevated amounts of hormones that are pumped into the animals that we use for food and are being ingested by them as early as the toddler years. Dairy cows are given pregnancy hormones to keep them lactating and chicken are given hormones to make them bigger and give them more meat, plus teenagers are consuming more these foods at higher rates than we did.


So that along with the fact that sex is no longer taboo and children are exposed to the reality of sex at an early age, they have no barriers like stay at home moms or going to grandmas after school until mom or dad gets home, something like that to stop them from exploring their sexual curiosities.Why are teenagers these days so sexually overcharged ?
Because times have changed. Our culture puts out the image that it's ok to be sexually active without having lifelong tied to a person. When you look at a magazine, watch TV, get on the internet, etc., sex is portrayed everywhere.
because teenagers, nowadays, are more open to things and there is the sex education. that nobody and no one would be that innocent or fool not to understand things. ;)
every generation has.

and that is why teens have sex now.
It is not so much that teens are sexually overcharged these days. I think people just pay more attention. Sex is more acceptable in today's society so it is displayed everywhere.
Teens today are no more ';overcharged'; than they ever were. It's just given more media attention today than it was in the old days.
Well...honey...teenagers always had and will always have sexual impetus. Just nowadays they r not afraid to show it and don't hesitate to act and assert what they desire.

maybe we're just more open about it, because of what one sees on tv, etc.
Society says its okay.


Teens have always had the same urges, but now its a lot easier to get protection, and its more acceptable.


And a lot of teens are in a hurry to grow up.
Teens always have been, it has nothing to do with nowdays or the generation. Its just not as taboo nowdays as it used to be.
It's the TV and the INTERNET that causes them to be the way they are and influence them
