Well, when the teen leaves school, an assignment is automatically in their inventory. It should look like a blue binder. Click it and choose Do Homework. As they progress, if your click on the Career widget - you will fi dn that they get other things to do as 'homework' be it reading a certain book and so on.

It's either in their inventory or you can click them to do it. I forget which one.
They can have a boyfriend, but not get pregnant. They have to be fond of each other and find each other irresistible. You can change clothes by just going to a dresser and planning the outfit.
they have specific homework assignments like read a certain book or catch a certain fish
they cant get preggo just yet the genuis that came out with the inTEENimater for the sims 2 hasnt quite got it down for the sims 3
and yes they can change clothes
