many teenagers suffer from something called ';adolescent egocentrism'; and they thing that everyone is looking at them and evaluating them all the time, so in an effort to compensate for that, they spend hours primping. it's totally normal and incredibly annoying.
think about it: when you were say, 15 and you had a pimple, didn;t you think everyone was looking at it all the time?
enjoy what you see while your young.
It's a huge waste of time. But humans are endlessly fascinated by their own image.
