I assume you are talking about the Sims 2. I will answer your two questions separately:


1. You cannot make to teenagers to move in together. You will have to send them to college together or have them move in together in college, or have them move in together after they become adults. Your only other option if you want them to live together as teenagers is to have the parent of the teen you want to move in become good friends or boy/girlfriend of the parent of the other teen. Then after the relationship is high enough, have the parent ask the move-in teen's parent to move in. Then a screen will pop up listing all the people living in that sim's household. From there you can select the sims you want to move by selecting them and clicking the arrow to move them in. Keep in mind that you cannot leave children, babies, etc. in a household by themselves.


2. To get the video clip of the first kiss with hearts swirling around, the active teen sim must have never kissed another sim before, and must be the one to initiate the kiss.How do i get two teenagers to move in together?
For the Sims 2 I'm guessing? Teenagers can't buy a house on their own so make a family with one teenager and one adult and then kill off move out the adult. The teenager can then live in the house alone. I'm not sure if a teenager can ask another to move in with them but to do it by a cheat try this

That's one of the many ways to do it. As far as the first kiss thing goes. Get their relationship up to friend level and then select first kiss.
Well i don't recommend trying to force them to move in together, its a big change and something that only the 2 people can decide together.As for the picture, its a picture editing thing and im not sure where to find that effect pre made. You may have to do it yourself or find a friend who can.
